Function & Application
The DS200TCQAG1B is an analog input/output board for the General Electric Mark V system. It is responsible for scaling and conditioning various analog signals read by the terminal boards installed within the I/O core racks. These signals include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs (such as fuel flow/pressure and compressor stall detection signals), vibration inputs, relay drive outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, as well as generator and line signals. TCQA Analog Input/Output Board Connectors 2PL — Distributes power received from the TCPS boards located within core racks <R1>, <R2>, and <R3>. JA — Transmits thermocouple input signals and cold junction compensation signals received from connectors JAR/S/T on the TBQA board, corresponding to core racks <R1>, <R2>, and <R3>, respectively. JB — Transmits 4-20 mA input and output signals exchanged with connector JBR on the TBQC terminal board. JD — Transmits trip signals from core rack <R1> to the TCTG board located within core rack <P1>. JE — Transmits servo valve drive outputs, relay drive outputs, generator and line signals, and pulse signals exchanged with the TCQC board; it also receives power monitoring input signals. JF — Receives LVDT/LVDR position input signals from connector JFR on the TBQC terminal board. JG — Receives vibration input signals from connector JGR on the TBQB terminal board, and receives +/- 10 VDC input signals.
