The ABB PHARPS32200000 is a power module serving as a redundant backup power supply for ABB AC 800M series controllers and S800 I/O. Its primary function is to convert the input industrial voltage to the common voltage required by the ABB controller and input/output modules. This power module has four output options:
The PHARPS32200000 is not a standalone power supply, but rather a power management center. The module allows connection to two independent and identical input power supplies (SD822 or SD823 series power supplies). If one input power supply fails, the other immediately takes over all loads, thus achieving power redundancy and ensuring continuous operation of the control system even during power outages. The PHARPS32200000 power module includes electronic isolation and protection circuitry, and can display the operating status of two input power supplies in real time, providing circuit protection and electrical isolation for subsequent control modules. It can be used to power offshore drilling platforms, oil refineries, long-distance pipeline compression stations, and large continuous production facilities and production lines, serving as a power source for main control systems. |
