The VibroSmart® VSV301 600-034 monitoring module features two independent dynamic vibration channels and an auxiliary channel, which can be configured as a tachometer or DC input channel. The VSV301 module can perform vibration monitoring independently or be integrated with other VibroSmart modules for additional measurement channels and functionality. The VSV301 600-034 monitoring module performs data acquisition and all signal processing (filtering, analog-to-digital conversion, time-domain and frequency-domain processing, and resampling) to generate processed outputs and extracted data for physical output and display in VibroSight and VibroSight Scope. This includes spectral band extraction, advanced FFT analysis, trend and limit checks (alarm and sensor normality), and start/stop acquisition.
Furthermore, the VSV301 module features four basic logic functions and two advanced logic functions that can be used to combine local alarm and status information to drive the module's relays. These local information and logic function outputs can also serve as inputs to the basic logic functions of the VSI010 communication interface module within the same measurement module. Like all VibroSmart modules, the VSV301 module is fully configurable via VibroSight software. Using the VibroSight configurator, the module can be configured to acquire data at predetermined time intervals or continuously upon detecting an alarm. Additionally, spectral resolution, frequency bandwidth, window function, and averaging are all fully configurable. |
