The DeltaV VE5109 DC/DC system power supply provides a 12V or 24V high-power DC supply to power the DeltaV controller and I/O interfaces. It can be mounted in a power supply/controller bracket next to the controller, providing the required 5V and 3.3V DC power. Additionally, it provides 12V DC power to the I/O interfaces and can deliver up to 8 amps when powered by a 24V high-power DC supply. The modular architecture and load-balancing capabilities of this power supply can enhance power output or provide system redundancy.
This power module delivers a stable and accurate 12V or 5V DC power supply and complies with EMC and CSA standards. The VE5109 power module system automatically detects and records undervoltage and overvoltage conditions to protect the controller and I/O subsystems, and automatically restarts the controller in the event of a high-power failure. In the event of a power failure, the internal relay output status changes and an alarm is issued to the user; the module's LED indicators also display the power status.
The DeltaV VE5109 system power supply is plug-and-play and can be installed in any power slot on any DeltaV power supply/controller carrier board. This rail-mounted power supply connects to the controller and I/O interfaces and can be easily installed on a T-shaped DIN rail without external cables. |
