As the main control board for medium-voltage VFDs, the DDC779CE102 possesses robust digital signal processing capabilities. It efficiently handles the VFD's massive volume of input and output signals and executes complex control logic to precisely regulate motor parameters—such as speed, torque, and flux—thereby ensuring optimal motor operating efficiency. The control board also generates drive pulse switching signals, which are transmitted to the gate drive units to control the IGCT or IGBT modules within the inverter and rectifier sections, thereby ensuring precise, real-time gate switching.
