Function & Details	The core function of the EPRO CON041 is to convert the raw high-frequency modulated signal generated by the eddy current sensor probe into a standard voltage or current signal that the monitoring system can recognize. The CON041 receives raw signals from eddy current sensors such as the PR6422-PR6426 series, demodulates, amplifies, and filters them through internal circuitry, and outputs a standard signal proportional to the physical quantity. Furthermore, the CON041 allows for adjustment and calibration of the output signal based on the specific sensor model and the material properties of the measured object, resulting in more accurate measurements. The converter provides a standard electrical interface and communication protocol, facilitating integration with PLC, DCS, and TSI systems to jointly build a mechanical equipment monitoring system.
