About quotation
1. Once we receive the inquiry, we will respond within that day.
2. Quotation includes price, lead time, product condition, delivery time, and valid days.
3. Prices are different because of the market and raw materials, and our quote is valid for 15 days.
About product quality
We only deal with brand new and original products.
About payment
1. We only accept T/T and full payment before shipping.
2. We also accept 50% payment in advance, the rest 50% should be paid when the goods are ready.
3. If you have an agent in China, please contact us for our RMB account.
About delivery
1. We will charge freight cost if you want us to arrange the logistics, or you can arrange yourself to pick up the package from our company.
2. Total delivery time: Lead time(depend on the market) + Delivery time(3-5 days).
3. The proforma invoice, packing list, commercial invoice, and other necessary documents will be shipped with the goods.
4. We work on EXW/C&F terms.
About the certificate
1. We can provide certificate of origin(COO), certificate of conformity(COC) and other documents that in need.
2. We will charge $30 for each copy of the certificate.
About after-sales
1. We provide a 1-year warranty for every new product.
2. For used products, the warranty is 3 or 6 months (Usually for long-term discontinued products).
3. We also provide technical maintenance services in case of product failure.
