The TQ403 111-403-000-013 proximity sensor is a high-quality, high-reliability sensor that requires the EA403 extension cable and IQS900 signal conditioner. It provides either voltage or current output and can be used long-term in extreme environments such as high temperatures and/or hazardous areas (potentially explosive gas atmospheres). It can be used for non-contact measurement of relative vibration and axial displacement in turbines, compressors, pumps, and fans, and as a mechanism for shaft relative vibration and clearance/position measurement chains for mechanical equipment protection and/or condition monitoring. The TQ403 111-403-000-013 proximity sensor has a range of 1.33 mV/µm or 0.417 µA/µm (12 mm range), an operating temperature range of -40 to 180 °C, an 18 mm diameter probe, and a standard mounting configuration, making it ideal for use with VM600Mk2/VM600 and VibroSmart® machine monitoring systems. The TQ403, when combined with the EA403 extension cable and IQS450 signal conditioner, forms a proximity measurement system for non-contact measurement of relative displacement of moving mechanical parts.
