The Trusted® Power System is a high-density, flexible power supply designed to convert an input 110 Vac or 240 Vac mains supply voltage to an output of 24 Vdc or 28 Vdc. The Trusted Power System consists of a mechanically supported 1U power rack that can accommodate up to three 750 W T8231 or T8232 power packs. The power packs can be configured for redundant load sharing, with each pack powered independently via mechanically secured IEC 60320 connectors. A single power rack can provide 2250 W of power from a single source, or 1500 W in n+1 redundancy mode. Diagnostic information for the T8231/T8232 power pack status is provided via the rear power port connected to the power rack, continuously monitoring input and output status and reporting out-of-range faults and over-temperature/fan failures via relay contacts. The power ports also allow connection to an optional rack-mount power controller for real-time configuration of output voltage and current, and monitoring of up to 12 power banks across 4 power racks.
