The IS200BPIBG1A is an IGBT Drive Bridge Personality Interface Board primarily used to provide necessary conditioning for various analog and digital signals acquired by the Mark VI control system, enabling real-time monitoring of DC bus voltage and phase, and timely detection and reporting of potential faults. The P1 connector is the main control interface of the IS200BPIBG1A board, allowing digital control signals to be connected to 3-6 drive/parallel feedback boards and an isolated VCO feedback circuit to monitor the DC bus, VAB, and VBC three-phase output voltages. All signals entering and exiting the gate driver board are dual-optically coupled and powered by an isolated 5V temporary power supply derived from a 17.7V AC power supply.
The IS200BPIBG1A interface board converts control signals into drive signals readable by the IGBT gate driver board and shunt feedback board, and performs signal conditioning such as level matching and filtering, contributing to the accurate and efficient transmission of field-acquired signals and control system commands. The interface board is powerful, capable of simultaneously controlling 3-6 IGBT driver boards. During this process, the interface board can also collect and provide real-time feedback on overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and drive anomalies of each IGBT driver board, aiding in timely problem detection and fault diagnosis. Furthermore, the IS200BPIBG1A interface board employs dual optocoupler isolation, isolated power supply, and differential signal design, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference from high-power equipment.
Application Cases and Experience: The IS200BPIBG1A drive bridge interface board is primarily used in the EX2100 turbine generator excitation system to control the IGBT power units of the excitation system. It can also serve as an IGBT bridge arm interface for high-power frequency converters and motor drive systems. |
