The DS200LRPBG1A is a signal conversion card utilized within the GE Mark V control system for interfacing with resolvers. Its primary function is to receive inputs from electromagnetic sensors—which measure rotational angle and speed—and to acquire this speed and position data, converting it into analog signals that are recognizable by the controller, thereby facilitating subsequent control processes.
The DS200LRPBG1A resolver card processes differential angle and speed signals received from the resolver, utilizing high-precision onboard circuitry to convert them into standardized analog signals for transmission to the Mark V system's main processor. Its high conversion accuracy and extremely rapid response time enable the main controller to initiate instantaneous overspeed protection in the event of abnormal conditions within the rotating machinery. Furthermore, the DS200LRPBG1A resolver card offers robust electrical isolation capabilities to guard against electromagnetic interference, thereby ensuring the accuracy and stability of the transmitted signals. The card features multiple onboard configurable jumpers, allowing for connectivity with various sensors as well as other Mark VI series cards.
