The 88TB07B GJR2394400R0100 is a bus termination module from ABB, primarily used to terminate signals at the end of the bus in systems such as the ABB Advant OCS, preventing signal reflection and stabilizing bus network communication. The 88TB07B bus mid-segment module is installed at the end of the input/output rack row. The module provides terminating resistors to match the bus impedance, effectively absorbing electrical signal reflections and preventing data transmission errors and communication interruptions caused by reflections. The operating status of the bus module can be monitored by LED indicators on the power supply module. The module can work in conjunction with the 88TK05 bus coupling module.
In a small control system using only one rack, the bus starts at the power supply module and ends at the last slot in the rack. In this case, a termination module needs to be installed in the last slot to provide the necessary termination for the rack. In large-scale control systems, it is often necessary to arrange multiple input/output cabinets side by side. When there are three or more cabinets side by side, the communication bus and data pass through the cabinets in sequence. At this time, it is necessary to install an 88TB07B bus terminal module on the bus slot of the last cabinet to provide correct terminal matching for the entire control system and ensure the accuracy of communication data and signal quality of the entire cabinet. |
