Function & Details	RPS6U 200-582-200-013 is a VM600Mk2/VM600 Rack Power Supply. Specifically designed for the VM600Mk2/VM600 series mechanical protection systems and condition and performance monitoring systems. Installed at the front of the ABE04x system rack and connected to the VME bus on the rack backplane via two high-current connectors, this power supply enables the system rack to be powered by external AC and/or DC sources and supports a wide input voltage range. The system rack can accommodate one or two RPS6U rack power supplies. A single RPS6U power supply meets the power requirements for a full rack of modules (cards). Installing two RPS6U power supplies enables redundant power supply for the rack. A system rack equipped with two RPS6U power supplies may also operate in a non-redundant mode (redundancy mode is only utilized in applications where the operating temperature exceeds 50°C (122°F)). The number and type of RPS6U power supplies installed in the system rack, along with the number of modules (cards) installed and the environmental conditions, help determine the operating mode of the RPS6U power supplies (redundant or non-redundant).
