Equipped with a 1200 MHz Intel EP80579 microprocessor and 256 MB of SDRAM, and running the QNX Neutrino real-time multitasking operating system, the IS420UCSBH3A delivers high-speed, reliable real-time performance.

1. Overtemperature alarm (OT LED lit): Excessive ambient temperature or incorrect mounting orientation causing the internal controller temperature to exceed limits. Ensure cooling fins are oriented vertically, airflow is unobstructed, and accumulated dust is cleared.
2. Controller fails to come online (ONL LED not lit): Use the ToolboxST application for diagnostics, configuration, and troubleshooting.
