Function & Details

IS220PVIBH1A is a GE Mark VIe Vibration Monitor Module. Mark VIe Vibration Monitor I/O pack includes IS220PVIBH1A with IS200TVBAH2A Terminal Board and three IS200WNPSH1A Negative Power Supply Daughterboards.

 

 

The Vibration Monitor Insulator (PVIB) assembly provides an electrical interface between single or dual I/O Ethernet networks and the TVBA vibration terminal board. The assembly consists of a processor board, an acquisition board, and a daughter board suitable for all Mark VIe distributed I/O assemblies. The assembly uses channels 1 to 8 to read vibration or proximity information from the following sensor types: Proximitors®, accelerometers with integrated outputs (channels 1-3 only), Velomitor®, or seismic sensors. Channels 9 to 12 support only Proximitors®, while channel 13 can input Keyphasor® signals or proximity signals.

 

The assembly's inputs are via dual RJ45 Ethernet connectors and a 3-pin power input. The PVIB supports dual Ethernet networks with frame rates below 100 Hz. It supports single Ethernet networks with frame rates of 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 Hz. Output is via a DC-37 pin connector, which connects directly to the associated terminal strip connector. Visual diagnostics are provided via LED indicators and local diagnostic serial communication is available via an infrared port.

Application

PVIBH1A is compatible with the Vibration Terminal Board (IS200TVBAH2A).
