| Function & Details | The IPC704 signal conditioner converts the charge signal from piezoelectric sensors into current or voltage signals before transmitting them to processing electronics. Current modulation technology enables transmission distances up to 1 km (this configuration requires a GSI current isolation unit). The IPC704 signal conditioner's electronics are integrated within a molded aluminum housing. This signal conditioner features configurable high-pass and low-pass filters, along with an optional integrator for velocity output. Additionally, radio frequency interference (RFI) filters protect inputs and outputs from radio frequency interference and other electromagnetic influences. The IPC704 signal conditioner offers multiple mounting options, including: 1. Polyester fiber housing providing environmental protection against dust, oil, and water spray. 2. Mounting adapters for installing the IPC704 signal conditioner on DIN rails. • For CAxxx piezoelectric accelerometers and CPxxx dynamic pressure sensors • Configurable high-pass and low-pass filters • Frequency range: 0.5 Hz to 20 kHz • Optional integrator to produce a velocity output • Optional 2-wire current or 3-wire voltage transmission • Certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres • A range of installation options |
