Function & Details	HIMA F8650X is a Central Module. It executes safety logic programs, processes input signals, and generates output control signals based on predetermined safety logic to ensure industrial processes remain in a safe state. This module rapidly processes complex safety logic and large numbers of I/O points, providing ample user program memory and data memory. It integrates four independent processing channels internally. During operation, even if one or two channels fail, the system continues safe operation as long as the remaining channels reach consensus. The module supports pairing with F8651X modules to build CPU redundant systems. When the primary CPU fails, the standby CPU enables seamless automatic switching and supports hot-swap functionality. The module features robust self-diagnostic capabilities to detect internal faults. Regarding safety ratings, a single F8650X CPU easily meets the SIL 3 requirements under IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards. Application	The HIMA modular safety-related HIQuad system (H41, H51) is a 19-inch control system featuring CPU and I/O subracks. Powered by 24VDC, it incorporates digital inputs/outputs, analog inputs/outputs, counters, and relays. It supports communication via multiple protocols, including Safety Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus DP, and OPC. Operating conditions for the HIQuad system: 0...+60 °C, IP20, Pollution Degree II, Protection Degree II, compliant with IEC/EN 61131-2 standards. Suitable for numerous safety and explosion-proof applications.
