Function & Details

The DS200TBQBG1ACB is a GE Mark V Input Termination Module. The Input Terminal Module (TBQB) is located at position 7 in the <R2> and <R3> cores. The TBQB terminal board in the <R2> core connects to the TCQA and TCQC boards in the <R1> core. The TBQB terminal board in the <R3> core also connects to the TCQA and TCQC boards in the <R3> core. Voltage, vibration, and pulse frequency input signals are all connected to the TBQB terminal board.

 

Hardware Configuration:

  • BJ1 to BJ4 - Used to split the input signal of pressure sensor #1 (compressor stall detection) in legacy applications.
  • BJ5 to BJ7 - Used in conjunction with BJ1 to BJ4. A load resistor is installed on the input signal of pressure sensor #1 to convert the signal to mA instead of voltage.
Application

TBQB Connections

  • JGR - Writes the vibration signal, along with analog current and voltage signals, to the TCQA board in the corresponding core.
  • JHR - Writes the pulse frequency input and compressor stall detection input into the corresponding core of the TCQC board.
  • JGS/T - Not typically used.
  • JHS/T - Not typically used.
