This module integrates the IGCT chip and freewheeling diode onto a single chip. The 5SHX0660F0002 IGCT module can handle low-to-medium voltage drive and power conversion. Compared to the 5SHY3545L0009 high-voltage IGCT module, this IGCT can achieve a switching frequency of 1kHz - 25kHz, making it particularly suitable for high-frequency semiconductor switching applications, with a turn-off time of less than 1.5µs. The module integrates a reverse freewheeling diode internally, eliminating the need for external configuration and reducing module size. The 5SHX0660F0002 3BHE022333R0101 IGCT module supports natural or air cooling and uses DIN rail mounting for easy system integration. It features an onboard communication interface and self-diagnostic functions, enabling high-speed exchange of voltage and current data with external devices and timely fault information feedback.
The 5SHX0660F0002 IGCT module is mainly used in medium-voltage frequency converters, robot servos, and new energy inverters, which require a small installation size.
