EPRO CON011/CON021/CON031/CON041 Eddy current signal converters

The EPRO CON011/CON021/CON031/CON041 eddy current signal converters provide non-contact measurement of static and dynamic shaft displacement. This measurement is non-contact, and the design and dimensions of the measuring amplifier and associated sensor conform to international standards such as API 670, DIN 45670, and ISO 10817 Part 1. When connected via a safety barrier, the sensor and converter can also be operated in hazardous areas. Conformity certificates have been submitted for compliance with European standards EN 50014/50020.

These converters are available in various configurations to meet diverse needs. Because all converters utilize the same electronic circuitry, each can be used with the appropriate sensor. For standard measuring ranges, the converter and/or sensor are interchangeable without the need for readjustment. The supply voltage and signal output connections are via cage clamps and screw terminals, respectively. Sensor connections are via self-locking Lemo plugs or cage clamps (or screw terminals for sensors with open cable ends). All sensors can be combined with the converters.

The CON011/CON021/CON031/CON041 signal converters, used in conjunction with eddy current sensors PR 6422/.. through PR 6426/, measure static and dynamic displacements. These systems are widely used in various industrial sectors and laboratories. Their non-contact measurement principle, robust construction, and resistance to aggressive media make them ideal for use in a wide range of turbomachinery.
